EARLY CHILDHOOD LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE CLASS OF 2024
The Early Childhood Leadership Institute (ECLI) is a unique leadership and personal transformative institute initiated in 2014 to stimulate enthusiasm for and effective participation in efforts to improve early childhood work in Vermont.
Our topics include knowing thyself as leaders, race and diversity, connecting human centered systems, shaping early learning policy and advocacy, and meaningful data and decision making. The ECLI Class of 2024 will meet from November 2023 through April 2024.
