Snelling 2.0 – The Journey Continues
Snelling 2.0 is a program being offered to Vermont School Leadership Project (VSLP) Snelling alumni who desire to continue the Snelling Journey. The program was developed out of the expressed interest and need of the graduates from the VSLP program.
Snelling 2.0 will be conducted through 6 face-to-face sessions (3 sessions of 2 days) from August through the following August. The 2020 program will meet on:
August 9 & 10, 2019
January 23 & 24, 2020
August 3 & 4, 2020
The focus of the program is to extend the work started in Snelling. Participants will continue to deepen their self knowledge as leaders and examine complex systems and the change process. The design of Snelling 2.0 will be similar to the VSLP experience with the added dimension of having members of the cohort engaged in the selection and delivery of the content.
The deadline for applying to the program is March 1, 2019. This program requires the same deep commitment to personal and colleagues’ growth and development and the commitment to attending all sessions as the first Snelling program.
2020 Tuition: $2500 for double room occupancy / $2650 for single room occupancy. Tuition is non-refundable and due by July 1, 2019; $300 deposit due by April 1, 2019.
